Freezing Point Of Refrigerating Oil
When the refrigerating oil cools to a stop-flow temperature, it is the freezing point of the oil. Solidification point is lower than pour point. Solidification point of the refrigerating oil is relatively low. For high and medium temperature of the refrigeration equipment the requirements can be met, but for low-temperature equipment, such as when evaporation temperature is -100 ℃, difficult for the general freezers to meet, freezing oil must be used for a lower solidification point.
The freezing point of the frozen oil should be lower than the evaporation temperature of the refrigeration equipment, therefore it will not have the problems of being frozen and solidified, which may avoid the blockage of the throttle valve hole and the danger of accumulating the frozen oil in the evaporator. The freezing point of frozen oil should be lower than that of the -30℃~-40℃ unit with R-12 as refrigerant, and the solidification point should be less than -55 ℃ for the R-22 refrigerant, and the solidification temperature should be lower than -60℃ for the complex-type cryogenic loading.
