The Export Of Lubricating Oil Now Needs Permits
Ministry of Commerce, Customs and Excise Department recently issued the "2016 Export License Management catalogue" (hereinafter referred to as "catalogue"), since January 1, and suspended the lubricating oil, grease and lubricating oil, base oil general trade export of State-owned trade management, to start the implementation of export license management.
According to the catalogue, China will implement export quotas or export license management for 48 kinds of goods this year. Among them, the implementation of export quota management of goods including coal, crude oil, refined oil (excluding lubricating oil, lubricating grease, lubricating oil base oil), antimony and antimony products, tin and tin products, indium and indium products, phosphorus ore and so on.
Export license management of goods in addition to lubricants, lubricating grease and lubricating oil base oil also includes rare earth, coke, silicon carbide, citric acid, penicillin industrial salt, sodium sulfate and so on. The catalogue has been implemented since January 1, 2016 and has abolished the catalogue of export license management goods issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the general administration of customs in 2015.
