SCR-248 pour point depressant has good pour point depressant effect and light color. It is an ideal pour point depressant for light lubricating oil production and also for heavy lubricating oil. It is widely used in all kinds of industrial oils, internal combustion engine oils (single or multi-stage) play a role in reducing the freezing point of oil, so as to maintain the oil in low temperature liquidity. 

Packaging stored

SCR-248 PPD storage should be being mixed with water, temperature less than 60 ° C. The storage period of the product is generally three years according to the provisions, and the product shall be reanalyzed according to the product standard if it is stored for more than half a year.

Matters needing attention

This product has different sensitivity in different compositions and different viscosity levels, or the same viscosity level but different base oils to be dewaxed. Before use, a small test should be done to determine the amount of addition (generally about 0.1-0.5%).
